Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active 702pub Account. If a deposit transaction is deducted from your payment account but does not appear in your 702pub balance within the expected processing time, please contact customer support with the transaction reference number from your payment provider. 702pub will investigate the matter and credit confirmed deposits promptly.
You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawal requests are not processed until all outstanding KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.
For fully verified accounts, withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 702pub customer support. Upon voluntary closure, your verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Any remaining Bonus Balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
